SKHY Launches Pre-IPO Contract, ADS Converts to Standard XYZ Perpetual Contract
trade.xyz announced that SKHY will launch as a pre-IPO contract, tracking the value of one SK Hynix American Depositary Share (ADS). This Nasdaq-listed security is held by a depositary bank and represents one-tenth of a share of SK Hynix common stock. SKHY will convert to a standard XYZ perpetual contract after the ADS begins trading on Nasdaq. The existing SKHYNIX market xyz:SKHX continues to track one share of SK Hynix Inc. common stock KRX: 000660 and operates normally on the main listing market in Seoul. The two markets are related but independent, with 10 ADS representing 1 share of common stock, and the ADS price may carry a premium or discount relative to the Seoul market.
